NSSC and JSC Examinations My concern is with the Head of Examinations centre in schools answer as markers for JSC and NSSC English p3 and Oshindonga p4 National Examination. I fully and personally know that National exam markers are paid. These markers are usually just personalities (teachers) who apply to mark and this is exactly the same way people apply to work in the education sector. They are already getting paid monthly salary as teachers but yet they still get paid for extra work. My question is why the head of examination for full time candidates is not paid for monitoring examinations. Knowing that the Head of Examination is always a teacher. From that particular school (exam centre), he/she still has some work to do during examination. Due to the fact that they have a heart of a Namibian child’s education, they are volunteering to control and monitor examinations. If I were to raise my other point, I would ask why exactly English p3 and Oshindonga p4 markers are not gi
